The Approach
Keys to lasting change
About my work:
My coaching brings together Jungian psychology, emotional work, embodiment, and service.
These four pieces help you understand what’s actually happening in your inner world and how it’s shaping your decisions, energy, and relationships. Most people who come to me are capable, thoughtful, and hardworking… yet something still feels off. They can sense the problem isn’t effort, it’s the deeper patterns underneath. Our work is about helping you see those patterns clearly, trust your experience, and return to yourself in a way that feels grounded and real.
1. Jungian Psychology
You’ve hit the point where effort alone stops working.
This is where Jung becomes useful: he explains the things logic can’t touch.
Your unconscious is shaping your choices, the voice in the background, the dreams that won’t leave you alone, the subtle feeling that something isn’t aligned. These aren’t random. They’re signals. When we explore them together, the “stuckness” stops being a problem and becomes a map.
As you understand the patterns underneath your life, your decisions shift, your energy returns, and things start to feel honest again.
2. Emotional Intelligence
Your emotions are signals, not obstacles.
Most people push past how they feel in the name of productivity and lose access to the information that actually moves them forward.
In our work, we learn to feel emotions cleanly, without spinning stories around them. When you connect your emotional experience to the deeper patterns we uncovered earlier, resistance dissolves. Emotions stop pulling you off course and start guiding you.
The result is clarity, groundedness, and decisions you actually trust.
3. Embodied Presence
Your presence speaks before you do.
You can say the right words, but if your body is tense, collapsed, or disconnected, people feel it. And so do you.
We bring psychological insight into the body through breathwork, meditation, and awareness. We look at how you move, how you hold yourself, and how your physical patterns mirror your inner world.
As that awareness sharpens, you become more grounded, more settled, and more real . It’s the kind of presence people instinctively trust.
4.Service
One of the quickest ways to get unstuck is to give back.
Service pulls you out of your head and into connection. Its the space where purpose becomes obvious again.
During our work together, we find a volunteer role or community space that fits who you are. You show up consistently. Something shifts.
You return with more energy, more clarity, and a sense of direction that productivity alone can’t create.
Curious?
Good.
That feeling is worth exploring.

That’s no problem. We can meet online, tailor sessions to your environment, or create practices that work wherever you are. PS, all photos on my website are taken by me in the Rockies.

Not at all. You do not need any background in Jungian work, embodiment, or personal development. You just need to be curious and willing to engage honestly. I’ll meet you wherever you are.
