My Approach
The keys to lasting change
My coaching combines Jungian Psychology, Emotional Power, Physical Presence, and Service. Together, these four elements form a simple formula for meaningful change.
Through psychology we uncover patterns and learn to trust the inner world. Emotional power and physical presence ground the work in body, mind, and soul. Service connects it all to purpose and community.
This approach is more than conversation, it’s experiential, practical, and deeply human.
Below, you can explore each component in more detail. By the end, you’ll have the full formula to reclaim clarity and direction in your life. And if you’d like a guide on that journey, you know who to call.
The 4 Pillars of Volks Coaching
Jungian Psychology
The Path to Individuation
You may not realize it, but you’ve been working with Jung’s ideas for a long time.
Terms like ego, unconscious, and archetype all come from his psychology. Jung became famous for studying myths, stories, and traditions across cultures, discovering striking patterns even in places where there was no contact between societies.
From these discoveries, he recognized universal human patterns that live within all of us. Out of this, he developed a psychology that helps us brush away the stories we’ve been handed and discover new ways of engaging with the world. Central to his work is the process of waking up to the Self, which he called Individuation.
By learning to trust and interact with the unconscious, we can take Jung’s insights and give them a forward-facing application—using them to achieve goals, break free from old ruts, and create new possibilities for how we live and grow.
Below are the core concepts hidden within the individuation process:
-
The mask you wear to fit in.
We all create versions of ourselves to be accepted—at work, in relationships, in society. The Persona is the mask we show the world. It’s not inherently good or bad—it’s simply the role we adopt to fit in. But when we recognize the mask for what it is, we gain the freedom to choose something deeper and more authentic.
-
The parts of yourself you hide, repress, or deny.
Our shadow holds the emotions, desires, and traits you’ve pushed away. Facing it can feel uncomfortable, but it’s where real freedom begins. What once felt threatening often becomes a source of strength and vitality.
-
The part of you that says, “This is me.”
The Ego helps us navigate daily life. As children, it protected us, but as adults it often clings to old patterns that hold us back. Individuation isn’t about destroying the Ego—it’s about loosening its grip so our deeper self can emerge.
-
A dialogue with your inner world.
Believe it or not, your inner world is always speaking to you. It’s constantly offering guidance, but most of us were never taught how to listen. Through active imagination and visualization, you can step into that world and begin to decode its messages. It’s a surprisingly intuitive process—one that can bring profound clarity to the challenges you face.
-
Dreams are a one way form of communication from your unconscious.
Every night, your unconscious speaks to you in the language of dreams. These dreams aren’t random; they’re messages carrying meaning, guidance, and truth from deep within. By learning to work with your dreams, you gain access to insights that bypass the limits of logic and connect you directly to the wisdom of your inner world
-
The bridge between your true self and creativity.
This is where many people feel lost—we’re stepping into uncharted territory. The Anima and Animus are bridges between the unconscious and the true self. They guide us forward and help dissolve the blocks that keep us stuck. At their core, they represent a living relationship with your creative mind—one that can be nurtured and honed to give you greater freedom and choice
-
Where it all comes together.
The insights from shadow work, the guidance of your anima/animus, and the wisdom of your dreams all weave into daily life. Integration means you don’t just “know” these things—you live them. It’s the process of embodying your deeper self so that clarity, creativity, and purpose flow naturally into how you show up in the world.
2.Emotional Power
Individuation is only half the journey.
Emotions aren’t obstacles to overcome, they’re signals from the body pointing us toward truth. By learning to feel them fully, we can use them as guides instead of suppressing or avoiding them. In our work, we’ll connect these signals with unconscious patterns to uncover deeper truths. This turns emotions into allies, helping you access your authentic power and live with greater honesty, clarity, and freedom.
-
Learn to recognize emotions in the body as signals instead of problems. Each feeling points to something important you’ve overlooked.
-
Strengthen the inner witness that allows you to notice emotions without being consumed by them. This shift creates space for choice.
-
Combine emotional awareness with unconscious work to turn raw reactions into insight and energy for change.
-
Practice expressing emotions in a way that is honest, grounded, and constructive — transforming them into tools for connection and power.
3. Physical Presence
Physical presence isn’t about pushing weights or how others see you, it’s about how you feel inside your body.
When body and mind are in sync, you move through life with clarity, efficiency, and strength. In our work, we explore practices that unify awareness and help you live from that grounded state.
-
Learn to unify body and mind by grounding awareness in the present moment.
-
Tecniques like stretching, cold exposure, and mindful walking that strengthen body-mind awareness.
-
Guided check-ins from me and from yourself. How are you pushing your body to grow? How are you resting and recovering? At any stage of your health journey, movement is a way to build presence.
4.Service
You can’t do this alone.
The fastest way to get out of your own way is to give back. Service isn’t just about helping others — it’s also about how you serve yourself. Together, these practices create perspective, gratitude, and a deeper sense of purpose.
-
Prioritizing rest, reflection, and self-compassion builds the foundation you need to serve others fully.
-
Small, daily gestures of generosity. The quickest way to shift your perspective and break out of self-focus. It doesn’t matter how small or big, noticing when you can offer a hand anywhere makes a huge difference.
-
Sharing your time, energy, or skills with others reminds you that you have value and can make a real difference.
-
Engaging with the people and causes around you builds belonging and purpose — strengthening your own growth while helping others.
